This Victorian home was built in 1896 and has many original features including stained and leaded glass windows, as well as lots of original woodwork. It was once a four family house but now is four separate apartments. It’s been updated with central air, central humidifier (winter use), MERV 13 air filtration, and many other features including USB outlets and a HEPA air filter in each apartment.
On street parking is free. There are scooters and e-bikes that you can find on Lime, Lyft, etc. Getting here from the airport is easy by train. Take the A-train directly from the airport to Union Station ($10.50, and runs every 15 minutes) and then a Lyft to the house. For train tickets use the RTD app.
We are 420 friendly but there is no smoking inside. You are welcome to smoke on the private deck or the front porch. This apartment is on the second floor so there are steps.
